PRINTED PATTERNS

How much does postage cost?

All packages are sent via Royal Mail; in the UK this will be first class postage and for international orders we use international economy. If you would like to receive your packages via secure or tracked delivery, or via a expedited courier service, please let us know and we can provide a quote for this.  Standard delivery costs are as follows:

UK: £1.95
Europe: £3.95
Australia, New Zealand and Singapore: £5.25
Rest of the world: £4.95

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties incurred by packages upon arrival in their country.

We cannot be held responsible for products lost or stolen in transit. If your package has arrived damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Can I return my pattern(s) and get a refund?

If you decide you would like to return your printed patterns, we will issue refunds on patterns that are unopened and in the condition in which they were received. Should your pattern be faulty, you have the right to return the pattern for a full refund including standard postage costs. If you have simply changed your mind about your order, we will issue a refund for the cost of the pattern excluding postage provided you have notified us of your intention to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued upon our receipt of the returned item(s).

PDF PATTERNS

What is a PDF pattern and how does it work?
We’ve written a handy guide to using your PDF patterns – find it here.

I’ve placed my order but haven’t received a download link.
First off, check your junk/spam box in case it’s accidentally ended up there. If there’s still no sign of it, please contact us and we’ll check it out and get you your files as quickly as possible.

Can I return my pattern(s) and get a refund?
Unfortunately we’re not able to accept returns on digital products. Of course if there is an issue with your PDF please don’t hesitate to get in touch via the Contact Us page and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

OTHER

Do your patterns include seam allowances?
Yes, seam allowances are included on all our patterns. These are usually 1.5 cm or 5/8 inch unless otherwise stated.

Can I sell garments made using your patterns?
Sorry but no; our patterns are exclusively for personal domestic use.

Can I teach a class using your patterns?
Yes, provided each student purchases their own individual version. Contact us and depending on your needs we may be able to offer a group purchase discount.

Do you offer patterns in any languages other than English?
We are shortly hoping to offer PDFs in a range of other languages, so please stay tuned.
