I’ve just published a ‘Festive Fancies’ lookbook showcasing the Southbank Sweater, Mayfair Dress, Carnaby Dress and Portobello Trousers in their most seasonal guises!
A red ponte Southbank is your most mince-pie friendly outfit this season! Perfect if your plans also include a post-lunch stroll as you’ll stay stylish but not overdone. Exactly how I like my sprouts.
A velvet Mayfair is the ideal dress to pack if you’re travelling, or simply if your Christmas day is more socialite than sofa-slump! It won’t crease, and you can always discreetly loosen that waist tie… Frill sleeves add a touch of easy decadence (blog tutorial coming soon).
Add a gathered skirt to a Carnaby dress and it becomes swishingly party-perfect!
Of course you can’t go wrong with velvet when it comes to elevating a simple dress like Carnaby – just add sparkle!
Speaking of velvet, a matching pair of Portobellos and cami (in this case the True Bias Ogden) make for a fantastic faux-jumpsuit effect; come January pair the cami with jeans or the trousers with a chunky knit…
But for New Year’s Eve why not go all out glitz and glam and pair your velvet Portobellos with something small, sexy and sparkly!
Check out the lookbook for more pics and inspiration!
